Lovense Nora
$99.00
An app-controlled rabbit vibrator with a motorised head that rotates against the G-spot and a flexible arm that vibrates against the clitoris, each running independently of the other. It can be paired with a Calor, a Max 2 or a second Nora, and the two toys then react to each other’s movement at any distance. Four hours of use, IPX6 water resistant.
Description
Two Things at Once, and You Decide How Much of Each
Lovense lists the Nora under Rabbit Vibrators and calls it a Bluetooth remote control long-distance rabbit vibrator. What that means in practice is two motors doing different jobs: the head rotates to work the G-spot while the arm vibrates against the clitoris. Each is controlled on its own, so you can run the rotation without the vibration, or the other way round, rather than being handed a single intensity dial. Lovense describes the rotation as deep and adjustable, and says the arm is flexible enough to suit different body shapes, which is also the reason it puts the Nora forward as a first rabbit rather than a specialist one.
Size
Girth 4.72 in / 120 mm and length 9.53 in / 242 mm. The shaft is curved rather than straight. Lovense gives no insertable length and no weight for this toy, so neither is stated here.
On Your Own
Patterns are the point of the app: you can build one, save it, share it, or run a pattern somebody else has made and published to the Lovense community library. The vibration and rotation can also be set to follow whatever is playing on your screen, or to move with music and ambient sound.
With a Partner
A partner can hold the controls in real time through the app, in the next room or on another continent. Beyond that, the Nora can drive another toy directly: pair it with a Max 2 and the two respond to each other, which Lovense frames as adjusting your own pleasure while you control theirs. Sync also works with a Calor or a second Nora.
Charging, Materials, Care
Four hours of continuous use and five days of standby, from a magnetic charger that snaps on rather than plugging in. The specification strip on Lovense’s page puts continuous use slightly lower, at three and a half to four hours, and lists body safe materials, IPX6 water resistance, USB charging and a one year warranty. Lovense states no material name, no charging time and no noise figure for the Nora, so none is given here.
Apps and Devices
Android 5.0 and later with Bluetooth 4.0, and Mac with Bluetooth 4.0. A Windows PC needs the Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter to connect at all. Lovense’s compatibility list on this page names no iOS version, so we do not claim one.
In the Box
The vibrator itself, a USB charging cable and a user manual.
